Our recruitment process covers a varying number of selection interviews with diverse stakeholders of the company. Depending on the position applied for, you might be proposed to also look into some business cases or practice exercises. The purpose of multiple & varied interviews is to provide you with clear information about the position and RiskPoint, to tell us about yourself (background, experience, skills, including your motivation for applying and whatever you might consider important reflecting on who you are as a person). But equally important, the process is meant to give you a good insight in RiskPoint company culture, different relationships you might be dealing with in your role with RiskPoint. By meeting people from different horizons and levels, we wish to make you feel comfortable with the working environment and provide you with transparent answers on the questions you might have.
